Sheldon Anthony IO wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return the item for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
General Conditions
- Eligibility Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included documentation. The product must be in new, unused condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a return. These include:
- Software and Digital Downloads: All sales are final. This includes downloaded software, license keys, and subscription services.
- Personal Care Devices: For hygiene reasons, devices such as headphones, earbuds, and smartwatches that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Clearance or “As Is” Items: Products marked as final sale, clearance, or “as is” cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact me at info@sheldonanthonyio.com or +27633866019. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return. Sheldon Anthony IO will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds and Processing
- Processing Time: Once Sheldon Anthony IO receives and inspects your return, Sheldon Anthony IO will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item was sent).
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the standard return process and then place a new order for the desired product.
