Eligibility Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included documentation. The product must be in new, unused condition.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a return. These include:
Software and Digital Downloads: All sales are final. This includes downloaded software, license keys, and subscription services.
Personal Care Devices: For hygiene reasons, devices such as headphones, earbuds, and smartwatches that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Clearance or "As Is" Items: Products marked as final sale, clearance, or "as is" cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds and Processing

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item was sent).
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the standard return process and then place a new order for the desired product.
